My main focus is to provide you with a flexible service which you can scale up (or down) at any time, whilst making sure you only pay for a service you're receiving value from.
No more paying for idle development time, low productivity or bloated agency services.
Take a more focused, lean and financially conscious approach to your project.
You've got one-off questions that need answering, and need a pay-as-you-go arrangement.
60 minute session
You're on top of day-to-day. You want to make better decisions, rapidly solve problems, and save time.
Prepaid hours - no subscription needed
You're doing the heavy-lifting, but you've got plenty of questions and in need of some extra hands, mentoring and/or expert advice.
Prepaid hours - no subscription needed
Need an extra pair of hands? Only book the hours you need. Adhoc if you just need an hour or two, or monthly if you're in need of regular support you can rely on.
Need advice on how to approach the technicals? Or perhaps you're about to embark on an exciting new start-up idea and need someone to oversee the engineering side.
Many of our clients need the full service. End-to-end management of the project, from planning and architecture to development.
Book ongoing or adhoc time to help mentor and assist your team's development efforts. Need more 1:1 mentoring?
I'm Ashley Mosuro, a Software Engineer based in London, UK. For over 10 years I have helped organisations of all sizes with design and engineering services, spanning across the web and mobile platforms. These organisations range from social media giants (Facebook), national broadcasters (BBC, ITV), global retailers (Amazon), banking (HSBC, RBS, Barclaycard), as well as various digital agencies, start-ups and educational institutions.
Absolutely. Your hours can be used for pretty much whatever you need, whether it's development, advice, mentoring or technical documentation.
I provide some guidance in the pricing section above, but if you need more help you can contact me at ashley@mosuro.co.uk to discuss your use case. If you're unsure which price plan works for you, I typically advise starting with the PAYG plan and you can always switch to a more regular plan once you are clearer on your requirements.
I've worked in all kinds of environments, which means I can pretty much help with any particular tech stack to a certain extent. My main area of expertise consists of HTML, CSS / Styled Components, Javascript / Typescript, Flow, React / Preact / React Native, AngularJS, Redux / Flux / Realm, Relay, GraphQL, RxJS, Gatsby, Webpack, TDD/BDD (Jasmine, Jest, Appium), Bootstrap / Foundation, D3.js, NodeJS, Java, Ruby (Rails), PHP (HHVM, Wordpress), AWS (Amazon Web Services), Jenkins, CircleCI, Heroku, Git, Sketch, Figma, Axure and Adobe Creative Cloud

I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not billing you by the minute! A simple slack message is not considered a 30 or 60 minute block in my world.
Whilst I do keep track of the exact time I've spent supporting you, I don't report this back to you unless it has been significantly overrun. This keeps things flexible for both parties and allows me to focus on the work rather than reporting back time spent. However, you can always request a report of the exact time spent if you need this!
If you start to significantly, or regulary exceed your allocated time, I will get in touch to discuss whether we need to consider moving to a different pricing plan. Or in some cases, if you are not using up your allocated time I will equally contact you to discuss a lower pricing plan.
I'm quite confident this will not be the case, but if it is, the answer is simple - you can cancel at any time!
